JMC 3154: Multimedia Reporting
JMC 3154 focused on gathering and reporting news through various mediums, including text, audio, photo and video storytelling. I took this class in six weeks during summer break. The class’s three main assignments were as follows: a story on a topic of economic or environmental importance, delivering a text story, an audio report, and an image slideshow; a story on either the topic of workforce development or economic development, delivering a text story, audio slideshow and infographic; and a story reporting on a live event, delivering social media posts, a text story, and an image slideshow.
